Safeguard did a great job for us on the new roof. They completed the entire roof, gutters and downspouts in less than 48 hours. Cleanup was great also. Igor worked tirelessly with the insurance company to work out an amicable agreement. He made himself available for questions 24/7. Can't say enough good things about him and Safeguard. Our Church (Door Creek Church) have receive from Safeguard Construction Company, INC and Kevin Schultz – Owner & Roofing/Siding Expert a really great and professional service. Our roof was damaged for a hail storm. Kevin did a great inspection and helped us with all the claim process until the roof was replaced. The crew were worked on the roof were very professional and make a amazing job. I had repairs to be done to my roof and gutter. The work was not completed as I was quoted. I asked for a different crew as this one smashed my old gutter guards back but charged me for new ones. The owner said, "I was told you were happy with the work " when I wasn't even home when they finished working and left. The same two males came out to complete it after I had to ask a few times. I had to ask for a detailed invoice of what was done, only to get a copy of the quote which was not itemized at all. Note Durban construction does nothing, they send out another company. They left all construction debris on my garden and killed one of my plants. I honestly don't know what this guy actually does.
