Our technician was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. When we had a small issue with some missing screws for a ceiling fan, he was able to rectify the situation quickly. The workmanship was excellent and we couldn't be more pleased with the finished product! I would recommend their services to anyone needing electrical work and would definitely use them again.
Will never contact Conway Electric again for any electrical work. Booked an appointment a week in advance.. never showed up. Called the company line multiple times and they assured me they were on their way. Technician claimed he arrived, but left because no one was there. I was sitting in front of the building all afternoon - didn’t see anyone and never received a call or anything. Technician refused to come out. Left me in a really tough spot as the work that needed to be completed were time sensitive. Use another company! Unreliable.
Conway Electric provided prompt, fair and expert service. They installed a brand new electric panel in my home and I was very pleased with the detailed quote which explained everything they were doing and the final product. Highly recommend!!
