We received amazing friendly service from this company! Our water heater went out and we found ourselves facing some very cold showers. The phone call to make the appointment was very helpful, and friendly.When Matthew came he had options for us, and offered advice as to what would work best for our family. We choose to go with a tankless water heater and couldn't be happier with our choice! I have had Matt to my house on two occasions. Once to fix my DIY mistake, which he was very kind about even though my mistake was stupid. The second time was to diagnose and repair a leak in my shower. Both times he was thorough, careful, and an easy guest to have in the house. He spent extra time finding my leak and fixing it.
