I've used Blue Whale for several plumbing issues in the past, and I've always had an great experience. The owner (Ken) is very responsive and friendly. Always patient and explains the issues. The work is done right the first time, and they show up when they say the will! Just yesterday (a Saturday), my water heater was leaking. I called early in the morning, and within a couple hours, Tony was out here replacing it. Completely done by 1 pm, and I initially called at about 8:30 am. Amazing, especially for a Saturday! I will only call Blue Whale for my plumbing issues...I have them stored in my phone! Great people to do business with! Service: Water heater repair
