The two gentlemen who serviced our home were professional in every way. They listened to our problems, explained to us how they would correct each concern. After completing the work they thoroughly explained what they did to correct each one. They did a phenomenal job of resolving all of our problems. These guys are great. We had a sudden leak above our kitchen and they rearranged their schedule to get someone out last minute. They spent a lot of time investigating and eventually stopping the leak. Once they isolated the issue they made extra effort to make sure we still had running water to one shower in the home so we could still function. The cost of this was very reasonable given the amount of work they did. Jessie and Connal were professional, friendly and patient and throughout.

We had a great experience with River City Plumbing. We had an older tub/shower that needed new/updated fixtures. I tried doing it myself, but the old Kohler valve system wasn’t compatible with the new system we purchased. In trying to reinstall my old valves due to the incompatibility, everything leaked! Now we had an emergency! I called River City and thankfully they were able to get me in later that same day. Michael Galizia showed up after an already long day with his last appointment running longer than expected. He still showed up in a great mood, completely un phased, energetic, and ready to attack the problem. Rather than do a temporary fix, he/we decided we might as well change out the valve so the entire new system worked, even though it would run well into the night. The end result was a beautiful, complete installation of the tub/shower faucets and valve; and an immaculate clean up afterwards. It works perfectly. Thank you Michael and River City Plumbing.
