River city did the plumbing for my basement renovation and they were the best. The work was great and they are always professional, friendly and timely. I would recommend to everyone. Services: Shower installation, Toilet installation
It was very easy to request an appointment on line, great communication. Love that they sent a text with the plumber's picture so I knew who was coming. I showed the plumber my bathroom and discussed what I wanted done. I never got an estimate so I and called and requested one. Never got it and they never did any work for me.
The email that the service men were on their way was appreciated. They arrived timely and were able to quote the reasonable charge for the job accurately. They were knowledgeable, walked me through the work that was needed and cleaned up nicely once it was completed. I would use River City again should the need arise.
