Don’t waste your time with this company unless you’re willing to drastically overpay for services. The price they wrote up for me is outrageous. Thankfully I knew it was and called a different plumber instead. I’m paying 1/5 of what I was quoted by Mike Williams for the exact same job. I recommend if you’re looking for a plumber you throw Mike Williams $99 dispatch fee in the trash and hire someone else. That’s essentially what I did and I’m still paying over $1,400 less than I would if I chose to hire this company.
