Nordine's Heating & Cooling

Bought a new heat and glow fireplace to replace my old one. It was 27 years old and was time for a new one Tom and Crew did a great job. I took the old one out and with some advice from Tom had everything ready for the new install took a few hours and everything was great. I was very surprised at the upgrades that were made in the fireplace. I chose to install the surround myself Service: Heating system installation

Tom from Nordine's was incredibly helpful! I couldn't get my gas fireplace pilot light re-lit and he talked me through the process over the phone. Very patient and helpful with walking me through step by step. I will now be using Nordine's for all my HVAC needs. Service: Heating system maintenance

First off, I want to say that their products are excellent and the installation was very well done. I had a wood burning fireplace installed, flue and all, and they came highly recommended to me from a contractor I trust. I can't say enough great things about the two techs that actually came to my house and did the installation. They were kind, courteous, professional and efficient. Working with the company, however, was a nightmare. Their communication in-house regarding orders is horrid, and frankly they came off rude in voicemails when they thought we hadn't paid for something. There was all kinds of confusion regarding if something was ordered, if it was paid for, etc. I sent emails per their request and never received a reply. Large parts of my experience were very frustrating. They were however, very helpful if you actually went into their store on Bunn street. I received a lot of help and information they didn't necessarily have to give me. I would absolutely work with them agai
