Thought I had a clogged basement drain. Called Courtesy first thing in AM and they were able to send a tech w/in 2 hrs. Nick was very nice, professional. He accessed the problem quickly. He showed me it wasn’t the drain it was my sump pump not working. He could put in a new right now or another option was for me to go pick up a new sump pump and then I’d only pay Courtesy for the install. We called late at night and Courtesy Plumbing was able to get a someone to come take a look at the issue we were having the very next morning. Dave was able to assess the situation and installed a new sump pump. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.
