Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. COVID screening was completed prior to entry and mask was worn at all times. All of my questions were answered respectively and price was fair. John was extremely upfront with me and told me upfront that there would be a service cost for coming out. He said it was a simple repair, but we were scared to try it on our own.
