Have been a customer of JR since 2005 when they installed our AC, furnace, and water heater. We still have the same furnace and AC. Regular maintenance by JR has kept everything working. Zack arrived on time and was professional, knowledgeable and polite. He quickly diagnosed our problems and presented us with several options.
