I called a few places to clean out a slow bath drain. A Solution called back promptly and provided a range for the cost to do the job over the phone even though the onsite quote was free. I didn’t want to waste either of our time if the price was out of budget. The amount was reasonable so I set up an appointment for a few days later. Rivera called the day before to give me a 2 hour window, the next day he came on time. He assessed the problem and cleared out the drain. He also provided suggestions on how to prevent this from happening again and there was a 30 day warranty in case there were any issues. Had a pipe back up that needed to be replaced. A solution missed my initial appointment but immediately rectified the situation by coming out first thing the next morning. They were detailed and clear with their estimate as well as responsive to scheduling and any other questions. The day of the work they kept the site clean where they had to go into the drywall and installed a new pipe with an access point outside the wall so I can snake it myself go forward. It’s been two weeks and everything is draining fine. Really happy with the work.

Trinidad came out, gave me a free estimate. I booked for the next morning, they were running a little late due to the previous job however I really appreciate the fact they called to keep me updated on time of arrival. The job they did was excellent, very very professional Trinidad and his team were fast and definitely educated my husband and I a little on the plumbing issue we had, not even an hour and our issue was fixed, they cleaned out the drain from the roots.
