I had three roofing companies look at my roof to diagnose a leak and recommend a solution. Only Licitra looked for multiple points of failure and also recommended a chimney repair. They were right. I would recommend them to everyone.

John took care of me! I noticed him doing a repair on a neighbor’s house and asked him to take a look at a leak I was concerned about. They came out once and it fixed part of the problem. I know from past experience that leaks are not easy to track down. Once he came back out to repair another part the the leak was fixed. He could have easily tried to sell me on a whole new roof and I could’ve fell for it but he was honest and got me fixed up for minimal cost.
