John took care of me! I noticed him doing a repair on a neighbor’s house and asked him to take a look at a leak I was concerned about. They came out once and it fixed part of the problem. I know from past experience that leaks are not easy to track down. Once he came back out to repair another part the the leak was fixed. He could have easily tried to sell me on a whole new roof and I could’ve fell for it but he was honest and got me fixed up for minimal cost. We had them do our large stand alone garage before winter as well as a repair to some facia from a windstorm. The rest of the house will be done in the Spring as winter is pretty much here. The workers were professional and efficient and the quality of the roof was really noticeable. I would highly recommend. UPDATE: They completed the roof on the main house today and what an awesome job. They added vents we sorely needed and the work is impeccable. They did a great clean up job as well.

The front portion of our roof need a tear off, and replacement of some rotted fascia and boards due to poor flashing by the previous contractor. John (estimator and main contact) was extremely responsive and gave me a reasonable evaluation of the needed repairs. For reference I received another quote where they wanted to tear off the roof and replace all my joists (which seemed insane to me) The workers showed up on time and completed the job in about 4 hours. Would definitely use again. There's a ton of roofing companies around, but I'm more inclined to use Licitra again because I really appreciated the advice/opinion on diagnosing the needed repairs.
