I can't express enough how great we were treated by them and the excellent and timely job they did. We dealt with both Scottie and Chris...wonderful guys to deal with and men of their word. After a recent hail storm, I reached out to ASI for an evaluation of my roof. Mike came out promptly, identified damage and immediately started the claim process with my insurance company. He set expectations, answered my questions and took on all the burden by working directly with my insurance company. After initially only agreeing to replace a few shingles Mike was able to convince my insurance company a full replacement was necessary. ASI saved us thousands of dollars and made the whole process painless for me. The replacement was done carefully to avoid damaging our home and our landscaping. The crew worked incredibly hard and cleaned up completely when finished. Our new roof looks great.
