We had an excellent experience with Roto-rooter. They provided very prompt and professional service at an odd hour. The customer support was quite impressive. Roto-Rooter installed our new water softener. We can definitely feel and taste the difference in our water. My wife says her hair is soft now. Mike came out to give us the estimate on a Friday and by Monday afternoon we had a brand new water softener. My wife and I were very impressed with the price quoted and that they stuck to it. Update: We have had them come over for a couple of different issues. This company and its employees are wonderful.
