The tech was on time, professional, reviewed all our equipment and listened to my concerns. He showed me how a capacitor was failing and the unit which was only 6.5 years old was low on Freon, a missing Freon cap was also discovered on the unit. All were placed in good working order, the unit was brought up to all manufactured specs.
