Blue Sky was AMAZING! Seriously, I was DREADING having our roof replaced because we'd let it go for too long, had several leaks that were wreaking havoc within our house, and knew it was going to be a big job. But Chris stood out from the start, took time to answer our (many many) questions before signing the contract, gave us a competitive price (we had two other estimates) and kept us updated on the timing of the project. Once work began, Paul led the on-site team and they were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had each day. For example, we have a grumpy neighbor who wanted to make sure everything in common walkway areas was clean, and the Blue Sky team put down dropcloths and clean and swept everything up each day, returning the areas to better and cleaner than they were before. We never heard from the neighbor again (which is rare/never happens). We have a flat roof and had Blue Sky do a complete roof replacement, complete coping tile replacement, significant brickwor
