This company is amazing! I called around so I could find the best price on furnace repair. They always answered the phone, were courteous & helpful, and priced the experience better than any other company.
Mr Burks promptly returned my call and scheduled an appointment. After diagnosing the problem with my furnace, he fully explained the issue to me and gave reasonable options and prices. He was so thorough and professional, I felt comfortable enough to request additional services (adding a humidifier). I will be using Mr Burks' company in the Spring when I replace my water heater.
