Frankie was wonderful! I had called for an estimate for a new roof for my Mom in Chicago. Frankie went over right away to do the estimate for her and was very kind and respectful to her. He kept in touch with me through the whole process from beginning to end. He sent pictures before and after work was completed. Very reasonable price and professional job. If I could give them negative stars, I would. Our roof was leaking and our HOA hired Chicago Premier Roofing to evaluate and repair our roof. We mentioned that there were soft spots under the roof that were concerning as well. Frankie said it was no problem, all we needed was a new roof layer. We believed him because we are not roofing experts. Frankie laid down a new layer of roof over the old one. The first time it rained afterwards, it leaked and pooled like he'd never done any work - in fact, it was worse than before. His solution was to come back and put another layer over the soft, wet spots we pointed out to him, and even getting him to do that was difficult. It leaked again, of course. We asked him to come out again to talk about a better solution, and that's when he started giving us excuses about why he couldn't. Ultimately, while we were waiting for Frankie to respond, another set of contractors came out to install a roof deck shortly thereafter, and refused to do so because

Frankie and his team are absolute professionals. Great communication and guidance on what we needed to do. This is my “go-to” roofing contractor for all of my future projects. Well done. James Service: Roof repair
