I have used Chicago Roofing Services many times and they have always exceeded my expectations. After having a bad experience with my first roofer, CRS came, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it for a reasonable cost. They are responsive, on-time, and professional. Our 4 unit Condo Bldg needed a roof assessment and likely repairs per comments from gutter people last year. We sought 4 quotes. Bob, Robert, and Jose are the folks we interacted with. Bob was terrific on the phone explaining everything well and fielding a broad range of questions on each of our 3 calls. Robert and Jose were great onsite during the evaluation and immediate feedback. Their transparency and straightforward honest approach was evident throughout the process. They were able to come and complete our repairs quickly and effectively. I can say that w authority because they were great about documenting the process w photos throughout. I truly appreciate these guys and their help carrying us 5 more years before we absolutely hope to work with them when we replace the roof….hopefully well down the road ! :) Thanks to you all
