I couldn’t be happier with the work Chicago Roofing Solutions did for me! I shopped a lot of companies, and it was clear others were not the same quality or were way overpriced. Jon did a great job explaining everything and talking through it with me in a simple way that made sense. I felt comfortable they’d do high quality work. Now that they’ve finished and I saw their work, I’m positive I made the right decision and that they didn’t take any short cuts. A few things popped up during the job (extra decking repair needed, rafters replaced, etc.); nothing huge but a few extra things. They did an amazing job with that and didn’t nickel and dime me. Their overall price was competitive. Even better, they schedule you every 5 years to come back out and do maintenance (I think there’s a cost to it but assume it’s reasonable). This made me feel like we’re in it together to make the new roof last as long as possible!

We selected Chicago Roofing Solutions after comparing several local vendors based on their expertise, competitive price, and the thoroughness of their estimate and review of services to be performed. Scheduling was easy, and John was great at communicating the timeframe and expectations. The team was punctual, friendly, and did a fantastic job repairing our roof and addressing all of our concerns in repairing our building's flat roof, stairwell, and garage roof. I would highly recommend them for any roofing related repairs needed in the Chicagoland area. Update: 1 year later, I contacted Chicago Roofing Solutions to follow up on a couple of things we noticed after a few seasons, and once again John was punctual, courteous, and communicative. He helped to diagnose our issues quickly, and further has helped to assure me that we made the right decision in choosing a great company that will continue to uphold their warranty and provide us with great service for years to come. John and the Chicago Roofing Solutions team are nothing short of amazing. They came out and fixed 4 major problem areas and touched up the entire parapet around my house. John and his team were very thorough with their work and fixed other smaller, potential problem areas. If you have a flat roof, I'd highly recommend giving them a call!
