Fix It People

This week we had 3 gentleman come to make holes for new lights, paint and hang the lights. I have used Fix It in the past and was only marginally impressed, however this time this groups of folks hit it out of the park. They were so nice and explained to me what they were going to do and why. They also made sure to clean up after themselves and it was just an overall wonderful experience. The people we had were Roger (lights), Robert (professional patching and painting), and Tony (light install) and I would totally work with them all again. Great communication, efficient. They were not the least expensive however the business transaction was seamless. Raul was very professional and did great drywall repair work. You can see the before and after photos. I would definitely consider using Fix It for future projects.

I had Fix It People install a mantel/fireplace surround as well as a tiled faux chimney wall panel that I had made to hang above the mantel. Steve, the technician that they sent out to do this job was on time, friendly and super knowledgeable (20+ years of carpentry experience). I also really appreciated the excellent communication from the office, from my inquiry all the way to the follow-up once my project was completed. I'm looking forward to using Fix It People again, sometime in the future.
