I'm glad we came across Guardian heating and cooling when searching on Google. The customer service call and the team that was sent to our home was extremely excellent. Allen, our rep who came to our home and explain everything was the starting point of going with Guardian heating and cooling. Once the team came over for installation Josh, Martin Steve and the rest of the team were by far the most knowledgeable team. We just had another team member Tyler come in and check our filter/ thermostat and also knowledgeable with the system. Thank you so much Guardian heating and cooling for having an A+ team! Within 24 hours of signing my contract, they were able to start work. Miguel, Joaquin, Jonathan, and Alex were all incredibly professional and efficient. Guardian was the only company that quoted my full hvac system with a roof mounted condenser without needing a crane, saving me thousands of dollars. Their lift team was equally efficient and professional, understanding when my HOA wouldn’t allow any equipment inside. They got creative while still prioritizing safety to get the job done. This summer we had Guardian install a Unico AC system in our almost 100-year-old bungalow. Yes, it was expensive, but not only do we believe it was a good investment, now we can’t imagine how we lived without it for so long. The first person we met from Guardian was Jasper, who came out to give us an estimate. Another vendor rep who came out took a quick look around before giving an estimate, but Jasper took his time to get a feel for the layout of our old house and to calculate how a system might work best, while also listening to our needs and concerns. This got us off to a good start. Once we signed the agreement, the installation process got started within a couple of weeks. While labor shortages are impacting every other business, Guardian sent a full crew out every day that included seasoned senior professionals who not only managed the crew but also did a lot of the work.
