Stay away!!! I called Prime Plumbing to come and do an inspection for a radiator pipe cleaning and while they did schedule an appointment very quickly that same day, the follow up was very poor. Any contract work needs to be approved by my HOA so I needed Prime Plumbing to fill out the form (name of contractor, license #, etc) which they never filled out so I could schedule the actual cleaning. It has been 2 weeks since my inspection date with no follow up despite me calling multiple times. They also needed to ensure they had the right parts before doing the install which they didn't follow up on either. If you want to waste your money, this is the company to call.
