I used Rescue Plumbing to replace a broken garbage disposal. Loga came the next day to take a look and give me a quote, and I was then able to schedule Vincent and Lobo to come out and do the installation. Everyone was very polite and respectful and they did a great job. I was also pleasantly surprised by how responsive they were, I was able to get the disposal replaced very quickly. We did not end up needing to use Rescue Plumbing's services but I still wanted to leave a review thanking Jay for his excellent service. We noticed a slow leak in our garage that we thought was coming from a plumbing line. Rescue answered first call and was able to come the same day. They quickly discovered the leak was actually coming from a damaged HVAC but still talked us through who to call, what to do, and how to repair the damage. They also provided us with a great referral and answered our millions of questions. It was excellent customer service and we will definitely be calling them next time we need any plumbing help.
