We had a wonderful experience with Reny and his colleague. They informed us that our plumbing issue had actually self-resolved and did not try to convince us to do any unnecessary work. They were very patient and helpful with all of our questions. Will definitely contact again if needed and would recommend to anyone needing fast plumbing services.

Unfortunately, I was unable to get the name of the man who came to assess the situation. The entire encounter was unpleasant. His tone was condescending and patronizing. When I was trying to replicate an issue we have been having (hearing a large thunk noise from downstairs sometimes when we’d flush the upstairs toilet), and we could not hear the noise, he dismissed my concerns, attributing it to “the toilet seat being shut” even though the toilet seat is a very light soft-close seat that could not possibly make such a noise even if slammed forcefully shut on purpose. He demonstrated to me how any small noise could pass through our ceilings/floors by aggressively stomping his feet in front of me. He told me “I don’t know what you’re talking about - you should hear the water in the pipes, that’s normal” although that was not what I was even concerned about. What can I say about Pete and Sergio? They were absolutely amazing to work with!! We had a very unique situation and Pete did a fantastic job listing to my concerns, adjusting the approach to fit the information we had and fixing our gas line issue. He remained calm under pressure. He communicated very well with me throughout the entire process. I would definitely work with these fine gentlemen again.
