I called in to Rocket plumbing after my main sewer line water started backing up in my laundry room and bathroom. I spoke to the manager Danny who provided me with excellent Customer service and he was able to get someone out to me within the hour. Jimmy was the plumber on site and he got the job done quickly while providing great service. From this experience I will continue using rocket plumbing for all my future plumbing needs. Mike is awesome, extremely knowledgeable about plumbing issues and dedicated a root cause of an ongoing issue. Mike and his team were super friendly and took time to explain what they were doing to solve the issue. The Rocket team was onsite in less than an hour after I called for service.
