Rocket Plumbing Chicago

I called in to Rocket plumbing after my main sewer line water started backing up in my laundry room and bathroom. I spoke to the manager Danny who provided me with excellent Customer service and he was able to get someone out to me within the hour. Jimmy was the plumber on site and he got the job done quickly while providing great service. From this experience I will continue using rocket plumbing for all my future plumbing needs. I’ve worked with Rocket Plumbing a few times now, to fix a runny toilet, install a new water filler faucet, install a new kitchen faucet, and install a water shutoff valve. Rocket has been great with scheduling a timely appointment, being true to their estimate, and performing good work. We’ve worked with the same specific plumber, Luis, each time and he’s done great work while being very considerate of our home and taking the time to explain everything. They’ve returned a couple times to adjust some things after the initial install and did so rapidly and without additional charges. Would recommend them.

Nick and Nick did an outstanding job of helping us determine the best approach to handling the necessary repairs in our condo. We decided to replace the bathroom faucets (instead of replace valves) and we were very happy with the many discounts that were offered if we wanted to "do it right". An exception was made for service in the south Loop because of the recommendation by Noel at 5plumbingchicago and I am beyond grateful given the results.
