Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Our roto-rooter team was fantastic. We woke up to our sewer line blocked and overflowing into our yard. The team showed up fast and was here within an hour or two on a holiday weekend. They diagnosed our problem quickly, got our system back on track, and walked us through what they found. Super helpful and total pros. Thanks guys! A++

The technician was friendly, did a great job, and was very professional. Went above and beyond. I would note that they provide the technicians with flat rates for certain jobs but do not publish the rates or provide them in advance of the appointment. The service person was very well prepared and knowledgeable and considerate. There was a rotor rooter team phone call going over my situation so multiple people were discussing my issue. A diagnosis was done and after diagnosis they explained the problem clearly and we went to the basement where they further explained what could be the problem and took time to show me what was wrong. Great job and very well done!!!!
