The technician was friendly, did a great job, and was very professional. Went above and beyond. I would note that they provide the technicians with flat rates for certain jobs but do not publish the rates or provide them in advance of the appointment. Needed to make sure our sump pump was functioning appropriately and have our drain system rooted so it would stop overflowing. They were able to schedule us right away and were on-time, professional, and helpful. First person did not charge anything to come take a look and immediately put in a ticket for rooting service which came by in a couple of hours. Overall cost was $525 and no more water with a 6-month guarantee.
