Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

My experience was wonderful per usual. I have confidence that whenever I use this company my plumbing issues will be resolved. Very kind and engaging technicians that explain my issue to me and what needs fixing. The ONLY grip I have is they are so darn expensive even for small jobs. If you use them expect to pay $$$. Due to this, I sometimes call other companies that take a bit longer to resolve and respond but at least I keep some change in my pocket. If not for their pricey fees Roto Rooter would receive 5 stars from me. Service: Drain cleaning

Set an appointment for the next day and Stephen, the plumber, called and informed me that he could arrive early. The issue was a clogged sink and he explained what he would need to do to fix it and also suggested preventive measures for the future. He was very thorough and diligent in the work that he performed. He really put my mind at ease and things are working beautifully now. I give Stephen 5 stars on his professionalism, knowledge, skill and demeanor. I would choose Root-Rooter again based on my experience today.

The service person was very well prepared and knowledgeable and considerate. There was a rotor rooter team phone call going over my situation so multiple people were discussing my issue. A diagnosis was done and after diagnosis they explained the problem clearly and we went to the basement where they further explained what could be the problem and took time to show me what was wrong. Great job and very well done!!!!
