Sam was my contact at Shield. He was professional, communicative, proactive and thorough from start to end. His team was always on time and they worked hard to exceed timeline expectations which they did. Sam made helpful suggestions and was always willing to listen and respond to all my questions. Our new roofs and deck was completed timely despite finding lots more rotten wood than we had hoped.
