I hired N. Silva Contracting and Restoration of Chicago for a difficult roof repair. Noel came out to do an estimate and brought a ladder and went up 2 stories to take pictures. I had called 11 other roofers before finding Noel. Several never showed up or called and not one brought a ladder to do an estimate. I found Noel to be a serious, skilled craftsman, trustworthy and fair. Noel advised me how to deal with the insurance company and came over twice when the adjustor came and I really appreciated his support and guidance. He explained exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done. Noel removed the old flashing that was installed incorrectly and added an asphalt cap sheet of torch down material. He was able to remove and replace all our old rooftop flashing and perform stability repairs behind our dated cornice to prevent water leakage. Service: Roofing
