I had a wonderful experience with Rooftech Systems. John went over everything, his pricing is more than reasonable, the men who did the work provided the permit to me before they started work. I was also presented with a license and insurance at the time I signed the contract. The men were polite and professional through the entire job and the work site was perfectly cleaned at the end of each of the 3 days it took to do a Mansard Roof. TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL JOB! I AM SO IMPRESSED! I had serious problems last winter with my roof. I knocked on a few doors in the community that had Mansard Roofs and found that they had no problems with frost OR ice damaing OR inside damage to their home. No leaks, no frost on walls. There was no damage to their home at all. Not even with the severe cold of the Polar Vortex. The one thing that they all had in common was that they used Rooftech Systems. I am extremely happy with Rooftech Systems and I believe you will be too.

I got twelve estimates. I know what your thinking why would I do that. Many "storm chasers" in my neighborhood soliciting--telling me to use them and get a new roof for next to nothing. Rooftech (John) was not the first estimate, not the lowest estimate, slightly higher than some of the others with one catch---Rooftech spelled everything out in terms of material that would be used on my new roof and how it would be applied/installed using top quality materials. Other estimates seem to cut corners I found out doing my research online. I asked many questions and made John reworked the estimate many different ways at my request just to compare it with other roofers. He delivered the goods and my roof is awesome. No rush to sign with these guys--- they will send you out to their jobs to see their work. Thats what I did. Nowadays, I even call John from time to time to ask questions about my other properties in another state and get advice. Rooftech's Siding installer also does a great job

Noticed many homes on my daily walks that were using Rooftech to install their roofs. The roofs looked great! When it came time to get a new roof we called Rooftech. John came out and took time with us and answered all our questions. Would highly recommend Rooftech. Very professional company.
