Beginning with the estimate process, Gerry was patient and willing to take whatever time I needed to understand the scope of the repairs and the available options. When awarded the job, he was timely and prompt with scheduling and performing the work. The roofer was polite and professional, and he cleaned the site up well when he was done. Adept also did our siding and new gutters. Gerry is super knowledgeable and delivers what he promises. I have had 2 incidences where I needed siding repair.
