I recommend Fire 'n Ice heartily! We needed an after hours repair call on a hot, Friday at my elderly Mother's Condo and were so impressed! The office staff waded patiently through the association 's paperwork requirements and expedited it (the owner and Manager double-teamed it to make it happen). Our Technician, John helped us find her unmarked AC unit and quickly assessed it and had it working in no time. (And yes, he marked her unit before he left.) I can't thank them all enough for their skill, professionalism and caring.

3 years ago we needed new furnace and A/C. I asked people who are knowledgeable about HVAC and I was told that the installation was as important as the quality of the unit itself. I did some research and landed on Fire N Ice. Their price was competitive and their reviews stellar. Their installation was flawless and for the last 3 years they have come for annual maintenance. We had Fire ‘n’ ice out this week for our annual maintenance check. I have had some horrible experiences with other companies but Fire ‘n’ Ice guys were on time, professional, and were great at explaining what was being done. The price was right also.
