AAA responded to inspect my non working AC which has been out of service for a month waiting for approval for a part from Sears/Cinch. Tim Woo from AAA Northgate responded within a very short period of time and diagnosed the problem. He understood the problem issue and thoroughly explained what was needed to repair my AC.
