I've been working with 2G for over 1 year and a half on an outstanding claim -- they were very eager and responsive to collect checks from the insurance company but after about 6 months I was able to get a new roof and (most) of my gutters done. I followed up at least 3 times to finish the gutter work. Ever since then I've been trying to partner with them to finish out a claim for siding and I'm never able to get an update. I have about $1500 in surplus funds I'd like to use but at this point I believe they are just trying to get me to give up so they can hold onto the money. I guess I can consider my account closed out at this point. I called at least 6 times over the last couple of months and I get Melissa in the office who always asks to call me back so she can figure out what is going on. Then I never hear back. Jason the sales representative is phenomenal. He fought to get my roof approved even though I was first denied. He is there for you in every aspect from beginning to end of installation. He always responded quickly when I had questions. He is even there day of installation. I was very happy with services provided. Services: Roof inspection, Roof installation, Roof damage repair

We have used this exterior restoration company both at my business and home. The owner John and his team are always punctual and professional. They come with an abundance of knowledge of how insurance works, and what goes into a proper repair and even more so a professional repair. Cost was extremely reasonable based on my research shopping around. His team is super personable and humorous. But my overall impression was that I was dealing with authentic and honest professionals that I could trust. Highly recommended, A+++++
