Ace Handyman Services Fox Valley

I had a great experience with Ace Handyman. First, customer service was wonderful. Initially they didn't have a representative who could handle my specific need, but Kathy kept my name on her desk until one became available several months later and called me to see if I still needed service, which I did. Day of service was also great. Cameron arrived on time, got right to work and fixed the problem quickly. Looks great, I'm very happy with the result! I had purchased a new entry door for my garage. It had no marks or dirt. After install I called about marks and dirt and no caulk around door. Was told they normally do not caulk around doors. They came back out and “caulked”. No attempt was made to removed any existing caulk. See pics. Asked owner to call. Was told he was unable to call me. Sent another guy out that recaulked. I also showed him it appeared brick mounding was removed from the new door and then remounted crooked. Never heard any back. Never again.

We had an old ceiling fan in an upstairs hallway replaced. It had been there many years. Matt worked hard to remove it and then was able to install the new fan and light. This is my 2nd experience with ACE Handyman and both craftsmen were skilled and personable. Service: Fan installation
