I would highly recommend All Suburban plumbing. Nicole answered the phone and was very kind she made my appointment and was able to have Mike and his co-worker (I forgot his name, I think Steve) come out within an hour on a cold Saturday afternoon to rod a 4 unit building and also took a look around our property to assess for future rodding. They are fairly priced and we look forward to working with them for our other 8 units! Thank you so much for all your great work. I would recommend you over and over again.

Worst business of all time!! Their receptionist actually called me names because I didn't reconfirm appointment. The plumbers came and fixed nothing and then lied about it to my association, which almost cost me a fine. I would be very surprised if they don't go bankrupt. Despicable.

I had work done the day before I called All Suburban, by another company, and that first company tried to scare me into getting unnecessary work done. Even showed us a recording of "our" sewer line, stopped it in some places and said "see how bad these sections are?" I knew we couldn't afford the $1,700 they quoted us for hydro-jetting. So based on a recommendation from my father, I called All Suburban to see if they would come out with their large 6 inch circumference to rid my main sewer line of some roots. At first, I was told they didn't travel as far south as I lived. But the receptionist said she would double check and call me back. Within 5 minutes she called back and said that if George didn't get slammed, he would be out in the afternoon. I was amazed and thrilled. By 1pm, I received another phone call telling me that George and Sam were almost to my house. As soon as I shook George's hand, I knew we were going to be okay.
