All Suburban Emergency Plumbing & Power Rodding

I called several plumbers to get a price on replacing my hot water heater. They quoted me a price on the phone which I thought was reasonable (but not the lowest). I decided to use All Suburban because their reviews were good, the person answering the phone was personable and I also spoke to George the owner for the price. George and his son Sam came out at the appointed time and did a professional installation at the agreed upon price. Very happy with the result. I would use them again. The website is listed as 24 hour emergency service. THATS A LIE. I have a backup in my basement and called All Suburban. The woman that answered the phone did not identify herself and was extremely rude. Stated they had no crews and hung up on me. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE...except not really!

I would highly recommend All Suburban plumbing. Nicole answered the phone and was very kind she made my appointment and was able to have Mike and his co-worker (I forgot his name, I think Steve) come out within an hour on a cold Saturday afternoon to rod a 4 unit building and also took a look around our property to assess for future rodding. They are fairly priced and we look forward to working with them for our other 8 units! Thank you so much for all your great work. I would recommend you over and over again.
