What can I say other than top notch!! Don Castro & his team are in sync and really keep their clients wants and needs in mind. They provide exceptional service and communication to really get things done, I have provided them as an option when it comes to claim or non claim services for roof/ siding replacement! There were issues with the roof,gutters and siding due to storm damage. TJ was very helpful with getting this job completed. I really love the outcome, great job to Tj and his team.

I don't usually write many reviews but when approached by TJ Mena from Midwest I was skeptical about him getting my roof replaced via my insurance due to another company failed to show up for the inspection with my insurance company. Since that other company blew me off my insurance company denied the claim. TJ assured me he could get it approved which is exactly what he did. The only small issue I had was a few guys from the team that did the work literally dropped some of the bundles of shingles onto my roof causing many of my recessed lights to come out of my ceiling. I mentioned this to TJ and he said that he would let the team know. I'm sure that he did. My recessed lights were NOT damaged they just had to be pushed back into place. TJ has followed up making sure that my wife and I are satisfied with the work..... we are satisfied for sure and will recommend Midwest (and TJ) to family and friends.
