Couldnt be more certain to tell you to just go look somewhere else on your search for heating/cooling maintence. I dont understand the positive reviews for this place. We had our heat not working very well on Monday, so I called to schedule them coming out to look at at. Appointment set at 12-3 on Thursday. I get a text on Thursday confirming with me that I have an appointment. At 3:15 I get a call, get told technician called in sick... need to reschedule. Okay, things happen. Earliest appontment available is Saturday 8-10. I call at 8:15 on Saturday to verify they will be here as my heat is now not working at all. Person who answers sounds like I woke them out of bed, to the point where I truly thought I called the wrong number. I get told yes, they will be there however now the time changed to 9-11. Okay, fine. I get a call at 10, get told my technician called in sick. Get asked if I can do next week. I'm truly appalled and absolutely shocked. I don't know what service these other re
