TJM fixed a water leak in the main pipe and did a great job. Was available the day I called for an inspection and followed up the following day to perform the work. Arrived early and completed the job in two hours. Also fixed some work done by the previous plumber!
Todd is professional and honest. He has given us realistic estimates for when he can address our problems (arrival time) and the timeline for which the project will be. He explains what he is going to do and gives a fair price estimate. He is accountable for his work and will address anything that may come as a result of his work (to be honest, out of numerous jobs he has done for us he has only needed to come back for something minor once).
