My wife and I had our furnace and a/c replaced by AirTech. Niko and his crew did a wonderful job. The project was finished in 2 days, instead of 3, as originally anticipated. Niko did a great job of explaining how everything worked. He also went above and beyond to put everything back in the same place as when he started the job, which was quite a task because he had to remove 2 heavy doors and a stackable washer and dryer. We are also very pleased at how little mess was created during this project which required a section of our ceiling to be removed to access our furnace. Technician named Bader came out on Thursday via our Home Warranty company. Bader relayed the repair information on what needs to be repaired on the air conditioner. Later in the day I went to turn off the air conditioner only to find out that the faceplate wasn't reinstalled correctly and that the knob was broken off. My air conditioner is in worse condition that before having the tech out. Service: A/C system repair
