Despite just having the Spacepak system installed last summer, I have had multiple issues stemming from installation and insufficient quality of repair. This time, Steve came out, quickly identified the issue, and got the necessary replacement part ordered - ensuring that all services were appropriately covered by warranty. Thankfully he was also sent out to install the part and despite running into a few hurdles with my system, he remained diligent and a professional throughout. Despite it being a Friday, Steve took the time required to ensure he fixed the problem fully and didn't take any shortcuts to potentially cause me to once again have issues a few months from now. Highly recommend Steve and thank you so much to Steve! 4 stars as an average; 5 stars for Steve and 3 for the company.

I had a technician come out for the maintenance of my boiler and radiators. I had just bought a home and didn't know anything about boilers/radiators, and not sure if I wanted to switch to a forced air system. Sam the technician was amazing. He was so informative and patient with all of my questions. He explained all of my options and wrote down everything he suggested to be upgraded. I will definitely use American Vintage Home again.
