I first read reviews for Mr. Handyman of Naperville and was impressed with what I read. I probably lucked out with the timing of my request in the middle of January. I filled out a request for a couple of things and received an email saying someone would be contacting me to set up a time for the repairs. I believe it was only two days later and I got an email saying Kevin would be out around noon. I was really surprised at how quickly I was able to get someone out. I had a kitchen faucet to remove and replace. I needed my front door weather stripping to be replaced as well. I had purchased the faucet ahead of time but Kevin needed to make a run to purchase the weather stripping for me. I didn't really know their pricing until I got the email that Kevin could come that day. I realize now that it is more economical for the customer to have a laundry list of needed repairs and have them all done at one time.
