After we had to fire our first plumber for gross incompetence --- failed inspection, couldn't follow construction drawings or verbal instructions, and lousy work --- Keith came in and saved the day on our new construction Passive House build. Unafraid to learn new things, hard working, highly responsive to calls and emails, worked collaboratively with me and other trades, knowledgeable about his craft, and dependable --- what else could you ask for in a subcontractor or plumber?

I couldn't be more pleased with the professional service I received. Tyler came out and he was on-time, friendly, and a great communicator. He did a great job. He was not informed that I had received a quote over the phone from Keith so I called the office and they honored it.
