This company is a complete joke. I called them and asked them if they work with warranty companies and they said yes. I explained to them the process the warranty company has and they they said yes we work with warranty companies all the time and that it would not be a issue. They came out to the house and diagnosed the problem charged me $150 for the visit, but when it came time to call my warranty company the told me that someone would call them. It is now 3 weeks later and no one has called my warranty company to get authorization. I have been trying to get a hold of a manager there for over 2 weeks and they keep telling me someone will call me later today but no one calls. I have call them everyday to get a hold of a manager but they refuse to get a manager for me. The new not person you can talk to is the dispatcher that works from home They are very rude. Meanwhile my issue is still not resolved and I can not speak with anyone about refunding me my money for not doing what they

Great service this morning. Hot August day and the AC wasn’t working. Called Thames Heating & Cooling Co., they sent someone to the house within 90 minutes. The engineer quickly assessed and presented me with multiple options. Highly recommended.
