On The Mark Heating and Air

On the Mark has made the process of having to replace our furnace and AC as easy as possible. Mark was very empathic to the fact that we just moved into our home and were not expecting to have to replace equipment. He worked with us to find the best option for us and took the time to actually inform us of the process. He was responsive and his team were also great. Cannot recommend them enough.

I worked with Mark and Chris and honestly they made the whole process so easy! Chris came out to diagnose our A/C unit and found that we needed a knew one - he explained in detail what was wrong and other workarounds but ultimately we needed a new one. I worked with Mark to get a quote and he was so nice and the pricing was so much better than the other places we had received quotes from. Chris came the next day to install he was knowledgeable and so kind to us while setting up. Mark also had Chris setup our new thermostat while he was here. It was honestly such a pleasure working with this company. We really valued Chris for his honesty and kindness through the whole process. 10/10 will recommend to everyone we know! Our air conditioner of course went out on the hottest weekend of the year. Our regular AC company couldn’t get us for at least a week. We called On The Mark and they were exactly that, on the mark. They couldn’t get us until Monday. Chris came out he was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. Got us going with no problems. We definitely will be using them again with any other heating or cooling issues.
