On The Mark Heating and Air

On the mark has been absolutely incredible! Got recommended to use them by a family member and I’m glad I did. Eric has been the best. Very knowledgeable and professional. As well as Mark the owner who’s been nothing but great. Highly recommended and would recommend to become a member with them. Also recommend to have a humidifier installed by them, such a difference. We had 2 AC units in need of repair within 2 weeks ????‍♀️ Of each other! Mark & Chris did a great job repairing one unit & then replacing the other HVAC SYSTEM from 1987! I worked with Mark and Chris and honestly they made the whole process so easy! Chris came out to diagnose our A/C unit and found that we needed a knew one - he explained in detail what was wrong and other workarounds but ultimately we needed a new one. I worked with Mark to get a quote and he was so nice and the pricing was so much better than the other places we had received quotes from. Chris came the next day to install he was knowledgeable and so kind to us while setting up. Mark also had Chris setup our new thermostat while he was here. It was honestly such a pleasure working with this company. We really valued Chris for his honesty and kindness through the whole process. 10/10 will recommend to everyone we know!
