Glad to have worked with this team to get my roof and gutters replaced and updated. Nick was thorough on the paperwork side of things, while the roofers and gutter installers did a tidy job that ended up looking very sharp overall. 5 stars, would work with again.
I hired this company to do our siding work. Really enjoyed working with Nick and his crew. Such a pleasant experience. Everything was thoroughly explained, competitive quote, no surprises, the work was done on time, and our house looks absolutely beautiful. Some contractors did not want to work with us since it wasn't an insurance job, but Top Midwest Construction didn't flinch at that. Thank you Top Midwest Construction! You're a 10 in my book. I would definitely recommend this company.
We had a hale damaged roof replaced, along with new gutters and downspouts. Joe and his team did a great job, navigating through wind and rain to replace our roof and gutters in a timely fashion.
