We were happy to find a company close by to replace our whole system. We knew it was going to be an investment seeing how expensive it might be to do so. We had our system replaced approximately 4 years ago. Knowing it was a complete new unit we thought we’d be all set and wouldn’t have to worry about it for a while. Well we were wrong.. 2 years in we started to have an issue.. of course we figured we have a 10yr warranty that would cover to problem to my surprise wrong again apparently it didn’t so on top of the $6+k we had spent on the unit we had to pay another $300+ to have that issue fixed something about a wire replacement. Nobody initially told us that we lose out warranty if we don’t pay for a yearly maintenance/cleaning. And I don’t see that stated on the contract either now sure if it’s a new thing or not. Either way that should clearly be made aware to the buyer when purchasing. Worst part is coming to find out by another certified technician that we were sold the cheapest u
