We hired Blue Ridge first to fix our 19 year old furnace last summer (2020) when it was really hot out. They did a great job getting us back up and running quickly and their price was VERY fair. Eric was great, explained things I could do to keep things more efficient. My husband and I got to thinking and decided that we wanted to replace our furnace and AC on OUR terms. Bill came out and took measurements and discussed the different options. We were sure because we wanted to upgrade quite a few things that the cost was going to be astronomical, but it wasn't at all. We had our new furnace and AC installed in early fall so we did get to try out the AC and it worked SO much better. Our house seemed to cool more evenly than before. And the heat works just as awesome as well! It's quieter, it runs a LOT less and the house just feels so much more comfortable. They have been amazing. We were having some issues with the AC in our offices so we called Blue Ridge. They were very responsive in sending a tech out to figure out why we were having issues and to get it repaired. We have since had them back out for some general maintenance and to also install some new thermostats. They have been a pleasure to work with and we refer them to our friends and family.
