It was supposed to be really hot and humid this week. The air conditioner didn't work. I was devastated and worried how my family would survive in this heat. I called Blue Ridge and left a message on the phone. I actually didn't expect them to call me back when they were open so I set my alarm at 8am. Right before 8am someone from the company called. I was surprised. Believe me, I have ALOT of experience with this kind of work but this was very first proactive response I ever had. Eric came on time and got to work right away.
