Called at 750 pm was at my location in 30 minutes. My house was 86 degrees, Mark assessed the problem within mintues and had my air cooling instantly. Had all tools and part I needed with him. Can't express how relieved I was and he was kind informative and professional. Thanks Mark!

Although I am a experienced 35yr HVAC person, there comes a time (70yrs old) When you know what's wrong with it , but ya just can't get down to do it. I’ve been using ComfortMax Heating and Cooling for several years now. Emanuel has provided professional experience and their response time has always been the same day service. Recently, Emanuel came out after hours to fix my broken furnace on a Sunday night and was at the house until 3:30 a.m. until the problem was identified. A new furnace and AC system was installed by Monday morning. The team that came out are their own installers, they are not subcontracted out. The installers were quick, fast, professional, and did not leave a mess. Emanuel was on scene to conduct a quality check of the final install. They have corrected my airflow issues which has been restricted from the previous system. There is a noticeable difference in airflow throughout the house and I no longer need to close the first floor vents to get better airflow to the second floor.
