Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Will County

I contacted them to complete the plumbing under the sink. After the job was complete the new plumbing began to leak. They came out once to repair and were not successful. I keep trying to schedule them to come out and fix and they keep rescheduling and will not show up. They refuse to give a refund as well. The picture is after their only attempt to repair the plumbing job they completed. Thanks Mr. Rooter!

Had a backup into my house from the sewer line flooding my basement. They quoted me a time and said if they got a cancelation they'd be right over. Luckily for me they had one. Took them about an hour total and that's only because they wanted to double check their work so I'd have no problems going forward. Chris did an excellent job. My technican that came to my house was a gentleman named Chris Burkhart. He was incredibly kind and even more informed about his job and the type of water heater I had based on where it originated from. He restored the hot water to my home and my pilot light and went over a number of different scenarios/options that would work best for me, should I decide to purchase a brand new one in the near future.
