Really appreciated the fast and great response when I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing! They were able to accommodate a fast water heater replacement and pipe repair for me and they were quick and clean! I'd highly recommend them and would use them again anytime. Cody was very professional and fast. The tech, Chris, came in and was very professional. He explained everything as he went, what he was doing, and why he was doing it, and what would happen if things went well and what could go wrong before even starting the work. He made plenty of suggestions as to how to maintain my drainage, and how to keep from the same thing happening again. He also mentioned other problems he found, and felt that more should be done, but because money is tight for me, that some of it could wait until insurance was told and a claim made, so that the insurance could cover some of the more costly things that I needed done. He showed up on time, gave me a call rpior to coming, and gave me enough time to get ready for his arrival. As for the call center, they were responsive and quick to take my call. Though it was a bit of an emergency, they still put me off until the next morning, but that turned out to be a good thing because the job took quite a while to fix, and I would have been up half the night

Gene was amazing at identifying the problem and making sure we understood everything that he was doing, why it was being done, and how to prevent future issued. The texts keeping us informed of appointment status took the guessing out of when he would arrive. I hope we never need service again, but if we do it is nice knowing we can count on this service.
